We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cowshed purchase; if for any reason you are not, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your products in their original box and include the completed returns form to ensure your refund is processed correctly.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been confirmed via email.
